Shipping Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, Standard Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. SolPaw is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Delay Disclaimer
While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, unexpected carrier delays may occur due to weather, high package volume, or operational issues from USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, transit times are not guaranteed.
We appreciate your patience if delays occur.
Holiday Shipping Expectations
During the holiday season (November–December), delivery times may be longer than usual due to carrier overload.
To ensure your items arrive on time:

Holiday orders should be placed early, ideally before the first week of December.

Express Shipping is recommended for any last-minute gifts.
We do our best to ship quickly, but holiday delays from carriers are common and outside our control.
Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request from your order page. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
