Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to love everything you order. If something doesn't work out, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

To keep things clean and safe for all pets, returns must meet the following:

  • Never worn, washed, or used outdoors
  • Free of fur, odors, stains, or damage
  • Original tags and packaging included
  • Return request submitted within 15 days of delivery

Items that don't meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Wrong size or color? No worries — we're happy to exchange it.

  • Request within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must meet return eligibility requirements
  • Once received and inspected, we'll ship your replacement
  • If the item is out of stock, we'll offer store credit or a refund

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 2–4 business days
  • Refund processed: 3–5 business days
  • Posted to your bank: 10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made a mistake. Please pack items securely and use a trackable method. You may request a return label from our team — if we provide a prepaid label, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
