We want both you and your pet to love every item you order. If something doesn’t work out, our team is here to help.
Return Eligibility
To keep things safe and hygienic for all pets, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused — never worn, washed, or tried outdoors

No fur or hair
-
No odors (pet smells, detergent, perfume, smoke, etc.)

No stains, damage, or signs of wear
-
Must be in like-new condition

Original tags and packaging included

Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
If the size, color, or style isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer exchanges.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must meet all return eligibility requirements

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund
Refund Timeline
Once your return reaches us:

Inspection: 2–4 business days

Refund processing: 3–5 business days

Bank posting time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping & Return Label Guidelines

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made a mistake.

Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Using a trackable shipping method is recommended for your protection.

You may request a return shipping label from our support team.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the label’s cost may be deducted from your refund unless the issue was our fault.
